WinBar

This program is based upon on of the few Windows 95 features that I actually find useful. No really. The Windows Taskbar, amongst other things, provides a list of open windows, which you can click on to open. When working on with a number of full-screen size windows this can be useful as it may be tricky to find one if it is at the bottom of the stack.

Historical note: I wrote this back in 1998 when I had an A3010 and a resolution of 640x256. I don't really have a need for it now that I'm in 1280x1024 and RISC OS has introduced the iconise button to the title bar. Hey, that's progress.
